Shift flags are used in scheduling to indicate specific needs, constraints, or considerations for each shift. They can help optimize schedules by marking important factors that must be considered during the planning process. This feature is set just for allowed shifts, it is not possible to restrict the number of the shifts.
The values are generated personally for a client. Example shows that shifs are created by duration, like 5 hours, 6 hours and the system will plan just this lenght of the shifts that are chosen for the employee.
