When editing, creating or deleting a shift, it is possible to see what impact it will have on a work schedule.
All buttons can "smartly" be accessed in the Shift Details window

Using the functionalities to plan work schedules more efficiently is recommended
Smartly - itemisation of the functionality window:
1. Date of the shift being edited
2. Parameters of the shift before editing
3. Parameters of the shift after editing
4. Point information
5. Service result (read the description below)
6. Change in service result
7. Review of service result
8. Service aim - set for each client individually
9. Efficient hour result (read the description below)
10. Change in the efficient hour result
11. Review of the efficient hour result
12. Efficient hour aim - set for each client individually
13. Rule non-compliances that will be resolved after the change
14. Rule non-compliances that will be appear after the change
15. Itemisation of a rule non-compliance - hovering a mouse cursor over the rule name opens a detailed description of the rules
16. The button expands/ collapses additional coverage diagram - having opened the window, the diagram is collapsed
17. Need for employees during the interval, assigned employees before and after the change - hovering a mouse cursor over the diagram shows a detailed change of the selected interval
18. Schedule filter by point, activity and skill - change in service and efficiency in that point or activity only is presented next to the point and activity

20. Save button - saves changes
21. Review recommendation button - the system offers shift change recommendations
22. Return button - takes back to the shift edit window
Service - measures the number of intervals where the number of assigned employees is lower than the workload. The more the intervals with uncovered workload, the lower the percentage
Service = (1- Uncovered workload in hours / Workload in hours) * 100%
Efficiency - measures the workload during working hours. The more the intervals when more employees have been assigned for the available workload, the lower the percentage
Efficient hours = (Workload in hours – Uncovered workload in hours) /
Planned working hours * 100%
