The system displays the number of errors in the shift window. Clicking the error icon will display a detailed description
The functionality Correct a shift allows to resolve shift errors, if the system finds a way to do that. Having selected the functionality Correct a shift, the system will not change the start and end time of the shift.
The system searches for a solution when changing shift activity and break times
There may be cases when the system cannot find a way to correct shift errors, and the number of errors will not change
Steps to be taken to correct a shift:
1. Click Number of errors in the shift edit window
2. Click Correct
3. Wait several seconds (the system will search for the best offer)
4. If the system offer is acceptable, click Update shift to save changes
A green success message will inform of the successful shift update.
