Working hours of an employee can be added/ saved in the employee card. Working hours are added/ saved in the employee card.


If overtime is planned for specific employees, we recommend using this functionality. If a specific employee has not been specified, we recommend to view the functionality - Budgeting.


Steps to be taken to add/ save working hours for an employee:


1. Click on name and surname in the schedule (to open the employee card)

2. Click Add on the bottom of the card (note Add additional hours or hours to be saved...)


3. Complete hours in the new window

Hours with a - (minus) sign - the specified number of hours to be saved from the norm Hours with a + (plus) sign - add the specified number of hours to the norm


4. Click Save


A green success message will inform of a successful step.  

The note (Add additional hours or hours to be saved...) will change. The number of additional hours/ hours to be saved will be indicated.
