When creating or modifying a business rule, filters can be used to set when or where the rule shall apply
Rules have different applicable filters
Each rule creation/editing window has a button for adding a filter add a filter
Clicking the button Add a filter will expand the list of filters that can be applied to the rule
Applicable filters and description:
Part of the day - time of the day when the rule shall apply. The filter value is selected from the list:
- Closing hours - hours of closing (individual value set for a customer - used very rarely)
- Opening hours - hours of opening (individual value set for a customer - used very rarely)
- Before closing - time before closing (individual value set for a customer - used very rarely)
- After opening - time after opening (individual value set for a customer - used very rarely)
- Middle of the day - the selected interval of the day, for example from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- All day - all day, for example customer service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., but the work schedule is scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Having selected the value, the time from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. shall apply
- Customer service hours - customer service hours, for example, customers are served from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., however the work schedule is scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Having selected the value, the time from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shall apply
- Opening and closing hours - opening and closing hours (individual value set for a customer - used very rarely)
Part of the month - an interval set in the month by days of the month
- Interval start date
- Interval end date
Day of the week - selected day/ days of the week
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Public day
Special day - special days configured according to the client's needs, for example the day before payday. The names of the options in the list shall be approved with the client, and WORKOFO administrators shall provide a filter description
Site - locations (points) managed by the manager are presented in the list. More than one value can be selected
Activity - a list of activities set in the organisation. More than one value can be selected
Position - a list of job positions in the organisation. More than one value can be selected
Employee - a list of employees in the organisation. Employees can be seen under assigned managed groups. More than one value can be selected
Skill - a list of skills in the organisation. More than one value can be selected
